Umann Painting handles painting work across Cape Town, for houses, flats, complexes and commercial buildings. Interiors, exteriors, roofs, boundary walls and the preparation that has to happen before any of it.
We are the front door. You tell us about the job once, we come and look at it properly, and you get one detailed quote back. From there the work is done by established trades we have worked alongside for years, and someone stays accountable to you from the first site visit to the final coat.

Naming them is deliberate. You should know whose hands are on your walls, and it means a painting job that turns into a cupboard or a set of shutters does not need you to start again with a stranger.
How a job runs
Tell us about the job. The quote form takes about a minute, and the more you can say about the condition of the surfaces, the closer the first number will be.
We arrange a site visit. Nobody quotes paintwork properly from a phone call. We come and look.
We assess and measure. Surfaces, condition, access, what needs repair before a brush touches it.
You receive a detailed quote. Itemised and fixed, agreed before anything starts.
